Anita Saarkessian

Anita Sarkeesian is a Canadian-American feminist media critic as well as a public talker. She was the creator of Feminist Frequency which offers videos and blog posts that analyze depictions of women's roles in popular culture. Anita Sarkeesian, a Canadian-American blogger and media critic who has won awards for her writing, is an activist blogger. She is the founder as well as the executive director for Feminist Frequency, a not-for-profit educational website which explores the portrayals of women within popular stories of culture.
